I recently came across 2 97 Ford Aspires with 5spd manual transmissions. Both cars go into gear and drive but there is a heavy banging sound coming from the differential especially when turning. Is this a common problem with this Mazda sourced trans and what exactly is broken or worn. More importantly are parts available to repair it. Thanks for your input
